Job description

Missions : Review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities;Lead due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, including preparation of financial model and credit memo;Monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams, and preparation of updates for internal discussion purposes;Actively assist with the capital raising process, including preparation of presentational materials, market research, and answering of investor diligence questions;Prepare financial valuations for portfolio companies;Prepare quarterly LP reportings;Lead on internal reporting and communication processes and protocols.
