Job summary

Client of CS & Clarks in Dubai seeks an Investment Analyst to support private equity activities across due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management.

You will conduct market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment, prepare investment memoranda, and liaise with portfolio company management and external partners. Strong analytical skills and communication are essential for success in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Perform due diligence on prospective targets including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of portfolio companies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance value creation and align with investment objectives.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating terms for new investments and exits.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports on portfolio performance.
