Your Responsibilities

  • Creating a menu that is tailor-made to the customer’s needs on each VistaJet flight; contributing to the ‘home away from home’ experience.
  • Developing menu proposals based on known customer preferences and feedback from previous flights, while adhering to budgetary procedures.
  • Maintaining high quality control standards, with attention to detail to ensure catering meets VistaJet’s standards.
  • Ensuring supplier prices are correctly updated in the system.
  • Logging and escalating issues or feedback within our in-house system, with suppliers or other VistaJet departments.
  • Communicating with Cabin Hostesses before each flight to ensure catering has been received and is of sufficient standard.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with VistaJet’s suppliers.
  • Resolving day-to-day issues with suppliers promptly.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple international cuisines and dietary requirements to create tailored menus.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry, gained within an innovative and/or upmarket hotel or restaurant.
  • Impeccable attention to detail to ensure onboard catering is always of excellent standard.
  • Adept problem solver, able to work well under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based systems.
