Qualifications

• 7+ years in the specified space is preferred.
• Experience with CitiGold products and client servicing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Review CitiGold client needs and asset allocation, and engage with customers to verify understanding.
• Advise CitiGold customers to deepen relationships and promote fee-based products.
• Assess product penetration and identify customers for tailored offerings.
• Ensure coverage of relationships through engagement, risk profiling and financial planning.
• Organize CitiGold events to strengthen customer relationships.
• Acquire new CitiGold customers through referrals.
