Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Private Chef to cater to the culinary needs of a high-profile family. The ideal candidate will have expertise in European, Asian, and International cuisines, bringing creativity, flexibility, and high-quality service to the family’s kitchen. This position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef with experience working with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of dishes, including European, Asian, and International cuisines, tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Plan and create menus that reflect the family's tastes, dietary restrictions, and health goals.
• Shop for ingredients, ensuring the use of the finest quality produce and premium products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring proper hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless service during meal times.
• Manage kitchen inventory and handle food storage and preparation.
• Prepare meals for events, gatherings, and special occasions as required.
• Provide exceptional service while respecting the family’s privacy and preferences.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 2-4 years as a Private Chef, ideally with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) families.
• Strong culinary skills in European, Asian, and International cuisines.
• Ability to adapt menus to various dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Experience in meal planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
• Knowledge of high-end ingredients, food presentation, and modern cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, discreet approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Additional Requirements:

• Preferably European or Asian nationality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
• A passion for food and cooking, with a focus on quality and creativity.
