Key Responsibilities
Menu Creation: Develop and present weekly menus with a focus on Japanese cuisine, ensuring variety, seasonality, and nutritional balance.
Ingredient Procurement: Source and select high-quality ingredients while maintaining strict standards of freshness and cost control.
Budget Management & Reporting: Work within a given budget for ingredient purchases and maintain cost-effective strategies without compromising quality. Track weekly purchases and compile monthly expense reports for transparency and accountability.
Dietary Compliance: Adapt menus to specific dietary requirements or preferences and ensure all meals are nutritionally balanced.
Kitchen Maintenance: Uphold impeccable hygiene and organization standards in the kitchen, following all food safety regulations.
Additional Expertise: French pastry knowledge is preferred, adding a special touch to meal plans and desserts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional cooking experience, with a primary focus on Japanese cuisine.
