The role is focused on acquiring, managing, and developing relationships with high-net-worth clients while delivering tailored wealth management and investment solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong network and client coverage within the UAE market and a proven ability to manage and grow assets under management (AUM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact, providing holistic wealth management and private banking solutions.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable investment, lending, cash management, and wealth structuring solutions.
• Acquire new clients and assets while contributing to the overall growth objectives of the Private Banking business.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients through reviews, portfolio discussions, and market updates.
• Collaborate with investment specialists, product teams, and support functions to deliver seamless client service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, KYC, AML, and internal policy requirements.
• Monitor market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments to provide informed client advice.
• Maintain accurate client records, meeting reports, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant wealth management or investment certifications (CISI, CFA, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• 5+ years of private banking or wealth management experience.
• Proven experience managing HNW/UHNW client relationships within the UAE market.
• Strong business development and client acquisition track record.
• Preference for candidates with established client coverage and networks in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and wealth management solutions.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within private banking.
