Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and governance of new corporate and portfolio IT standards, guidelines, and practices, analyzing potential technology impacts and assessing their strategic significance.
• Monitor market technology advancements and business innovations, determining their relation to our IT strategy, and lead efforts to update assets and create new solutions through Proof of Concepts.
• Develop solution architecture for new initiatives, vendor solutions, and system enhancements, ensuring quality and alignment with agile practices.
• Provide expert advice and lead solution design reviews, guiding on standards, exceptions, and architectural patterns.
• Lead architecture and technology initiatives, coordinating with teams and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Manage and mentor Solutions Architects and Senior Engineers, and lead broader virtual teams of experts and managers.
• Oversee architecture roadmaps and technical enablers, prioritizing modernization activities and technical debts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security Engineering, or related fields.
• 10 years of IT experience focusing on DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, and Automation.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing security solutions for distributed systems in Cloud and on-premise environments.
• Expertise in integrating security automation into CI/CD pipelines, with proficiency in tools like Terraform, SIEM, SOAR, and cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with security tools such as Splunk, ELK, Stack, AppDynamics, Wiz, Gitlab Security, and related technologies.
