Generative Futures, a Dubai-based recruitment firm, seeks a Principal Recruitment Consultant to own a niche (AI, fintech, crypto) and lead globally. You will build global talent pools, place senior professionals, and drive revenue by developing new business alongside an established client base.

You’ll operate in a 360 role, bringing in clients, attending key industry events, and building a network that makes you irreplaceable. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years recruitment experience - agency side essential.
• Consistent billings above 1M AED or equivalent - this is the bar.
• Full 360 capability - you can open doors and close roles.
• Based in Dubai or genuinely open to relocating.
• Interested in AI, fintech or crypto - you don't need to be an expert but you need to care.
• Someone who wants to build something, not just work a process.

Responsibilities

• Own a niche within AI, fintech, crypto, or adjacent markets and become the go-to person globally.
• Build and manage global talent pools, not just local shortlists.
• Bring in clients, expand inbound business, and develop new relationships.
• Attend major industry events to network with top talent and firms.

Principal Recruitment Consultant - Dubai | Generative Futures

We're a Dubai-based recruitment firm working with some of the fastest-growing AI, fintech and crypto companies in the UAE and beyond.

We're looking for a Principal Consultant who wants to own a niche - not manage a desk someone else built.

This is a full 360 role. You'll bring in clients, build global talent pools, and place senior professionals into some of the most exciting companies in the region. We have strong inbound from an established client base, but we need someone who can develop new business alongside it.

What the role actually looks like

You'll operate within a defined niche - AI, fintech, crypto, or adjacent - and become the go-to person in that market globally. That means attending the events where the best people in your space gather. RAISE AI in Paris. Money20/20 in Amsterdam and Las Vegas. Web Summit. Consensus. GitEx in Dubai. These aren't perks - they're how you build the network that makes you irreplaceable.

You'll build global talent pools, not just local shortlists. The best candidate for a role in Abu Dhabi might be in Seoul, London or São Paulo. Finding them before anyone else does is the job.
