Job summary

PER is seeking a project management professional to support investor-facing fundraising activities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating RFPs, due diligence requests and investor documentation, while ensuring data rooms and marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.

You will help with fund launches, investor reporting and CRM enhancements, working with investment, fundraising, legal and operations teams. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in private markets, asset management, investor relations, product management or fundraising support.
• Hands-on experience with RFPs, DDQs, investor due diligence or fundraising documentation.
• Good understanding of private market fund structures and fundraising processes.
• Experience with fund launches, investor data rooms or CRM systems would be beneficial.
• Exposure to evergreen fund structures is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, Excel and PowerPoint skills; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs, DDQs and investor due diligence requests with investment teams and stakeholders.
• Manage investor data rooms, fund documentation and marketing materials for accuracy and currency.
• Support new fund launches including coordinating documentation, approvals and deliverables.
• Prepare investor presentations and fundraising materials for external audiences.
• Improve governance and investor reporting processes across platforms.
• Assist CRM development and fundraising reporting initiatives.
• Coordinate across investment, fundraising, legal and operations teams to manage multiple projects.
