What You Will Be Doing

Build BrainLifts: Develop a structured, evolving body of expert insights that enhance AI tools, guide decision-making, and demonstrate domain expertise.

Make Product Iterations: Implement small, data-driven product improvements weekly to drive measurable outcomes.

Building Domain Expertise: Gain deep, structured knowledge of a specific domain to enable the team to make better decisions, produce tailored outputs, and communicate authoritatively.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Spending an entire month developing a new feature; our goal is to ship new features weekly.

Writing lengthy PRDs, managing backlogs, or defining every screen or edge case.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), long-term position.

The role is immediately available, requiring an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation is $100 USD/hour, totaling approximately $200,000 USD/year for 40 hours/week over 50 weeks.

Principal Product Manager key responsibilities

4+ years in a product leadership role within a product company, where you have shaped an entire software product's vision, defined its roadmap, and improved it based on usage metrics or customer feedback. This excludes roles focused solely on features, modules, internal development, outsourcing, or single-customer custom work.

Experience in managing software used by large enterprises, understanding how such organizations select, purchase, and adopt software compared to consumers or SMBs.

Enthusiasm for integrating AI into daily work activities (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).
