Job Overview

As Principal Product Manager for MENA, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the roadmap for Amazon s Global Store business across key markets. You will define market entry strategies, develop regionally-tailored customer experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-border logistics, payments, and compliance teams to scale customer reach across the region.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the strategy and execution for Global Store initiatives across MENA with direct PnL responsibility for 100MM+ USD business lines
* Identify and address regional complexities such as payment behaviors, logistics, and regulations
* Define end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
* Launch and scale cross-border features tailored to Arabic-speaking and Turkish-speaking consumer bases
* Collaborate with regional and global teams across finance, engineering, design, legal, and operations
* Monitor KPIs, customer metrics, and growth benchmarks to guide innovation and expansion strategies
* Act as a key influencer across Amazon s global marketplace teams and executive stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

* 10+ years of product or program management in e-commerce, technology, or business development
* Deep understanding of MENA consumer preferences, regulatory environment, and cross-border commerce
* Proven experience leading large-scale product strategy, owning PnL, and delivering business impact
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills in fast-paced markets
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a global mindset and cultural fluency
* Bachelor s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
* Fluent in English; Arabic or Turkish language proficiency is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

* Hands-on experience in owning and delivering technology products
