Responsibilities

• Oversee project control staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and provide leadership and direction to the team
• Accountable for the performance and results of the Project Controls function
• Prepare and manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for the Asset Performance Solution business
• Support Asset Performance Solution Leadership actions to achieve business financial targets
• Support individual PSL leadership and provide guidance on opportunities to achieve earnings targets
• Monthly PSR Reviews
  • Manage agenda of Project to be Reviewed and Review Dates
  • Review and approve action items
  • Run Monthly PSR meetings
• Oversee Project Forecast Model Updates
  • Support PM with monthly updates
  • Support PEQ PM with monthly vendor MPR/Accruals
• Develop and provide project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and follow-up on action items
• Cost Control management (review, forecast, controls, reporting, risk analysis)
• Support Global Resource Management (CCR, GRM, TRM)
• Liaison and support accounting team
  • Monthly project close‑out
  • A/R and cash flow tracking and follow‑up
  • Support budget and forecast updates
  • Quarterly SOX testing
• Project Performance Analysis and Reporting
• Oversee Reporting Systems and Analysis Development
  • Power BI & Power Apps development reporting
  • Maintain Project Performance Analysis database
  • Project Forecast Model development
• Participate in the development of project cost controls strategy, systems and processes, including responsibility for global processes and procedures in project risk control and cost control
