The opportunity

The Corporate Learning (CL) team’s expertise is in creating rich, interactive learning experiences that develop leaders who shape their organizations’ futures by making smart decisions at critical moments.
The Principal Learning Partner (PLP) is responsible for consulting with prospective and existing clients to design impactful leadership development solutions, drive account expansion, and ensure profitability of the overall program. The PLP serves as a thought leader and has proven expertise in learning solution design to provide insights and perspective on emerging trends, and actionable strategies for effective learning. Working in close partnership with the relationship sales manager and customer success to deepen client engagement, the PLP has strong business acumen to consult credibly and understand the perspectives of client stakeholders.
