Job description

Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Principal Landscape Architect for an established and leading architecture and engineering firm based in their Dubai Office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Landscape Teams across multiple offices, collaborating closely with the Community Planning, Environmental, and Cultural teams.
• Take charge of project management responsibilities, including developing proposals, defining project scopes and budgets, establishing project schedules, and conducting profitability analysis.
• Provide supervision for both professional and technical staff, encompassing tasks such as recruitment, performance evaluations, optimizing staff member assignments, and fostering teamwork within the department.
• Efficiently manage team workflows, project assignments, overall schedules, and resource allocation to meet project requirements and target utilization.
• Consistently embody the firm’s vision, mission, and core values in your work and interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Community Planning, Urban Design, or closely related field.
• 20 years of relevant consulting, agency, or municipal experience, with at least 5 years of experience working at Director/Principal level.
• 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) registration.
• GCC experience is a must (not remote based but based in GCC).
• Strong project management, client management, profit management, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a multidisciplinary consulting firm.
• Business development experience.

Position is to be based in Dubai.
