A leading global engineering firm in energy and resources seeks a Principal Instrumentation and Control Engineer to lead and manage the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems for major oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the execution of engineering projects, a graduate degree in Instrumentation Engineering, and strong leadership skills. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure project compliance with industry standards.
Job Specific Knowledge:
Industry Specific Experience:
Good knowledge of ADNOC standards SHELL DEPs International standards such as IEEE ANSI IESNA NFPA IEC Standards.
Education
Qualifications Accreditation Training: Graduate Degree in Instrumentation Engineering Chartered Engineer is preferred.
HSE Capability
Good knowledge of Hazardous Area classification Instrumentation Safety in design Sustainable design engineering HAZID HAZOP SIL.
IT Skills
Computer skills with MS office and Instrumentation engineering / sizing software such as SPI AVEVA Instrucalc softwares etc.
People Skills
Good communication skill Leadership skill and able to guide team working locally as well as for workshare with centre of excellence and integrated delivery mentoring junior Engineers.
Good command on English language verbal as well as writing skills report writing presentation to client.
