Principal Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Oracle

We are looking for a Principal Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and having experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. The role involves maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA, and integrating with Oracle SaaS products. The candidate will develop, integrate, and implement application components including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports. They will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.

What you will do

As a Principal Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle CSS, you will:

• Lead and coach technical teams, recognizing contributions of team members.
• Assess and analyze customer business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet objectives.
• Assist customers in their journey to Cloud adoption.
• Ensure Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged using best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and on-premise solutions to customers and team members.
• Support solutions around multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
• Ensure smooth handover from implementation to operations, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements.
• Maintain Oracle solutions to meet customer demands across on-premise, cloud, or hybrid platforms.
• Work closely with the Technical Account Manager on work stream management.
• Support presales efforts by identifying and promoting opportunities for Oracle products and services.
• Lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives.
• Help customers maximize the value offered by our company.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong experience with Fusion Applications, including at least 3 full implementation cycles.
• Hands-on experience as an HCM Fusion functional consultant in HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, ORC.
• Experience with Data loading/migration tools like HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, web services, and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of Fusion quarterly updates, best practices, testing, and change management.
• Knowledge of roles and security configurations.
• Proficiency with OTBI, dashboards, data loaders, extracts, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, Sandboxes, and page composer.
• Experience designing and developing customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, and Process Builder in OIC for Oracle ERP Cloud.
