Job description

We are looking for a Principal Fusion EPM Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and having experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. The role involves maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud / SOA, and integrating with Oracle SaaS products. The candidate will develop, integrate, and implement application components including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports. The role also includes programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.

What you will do

• Lead and coach technical teams, recognizing contributions and fostering growth.
• Assess and analyze customer business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet objectives.
• Assist customers in their journey to the cloud.
• Leverage Oracle cloud technologies using best practices.
• Ensure informed decision-making regarding scope, cost-effectiveness, quality, and reusability.
• Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Support solutions around multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
• Ensure smooth handover from implementation to operations, meeting customer requirements.
• Maintain Oracle solutions across on-premise, cloud, or hybrid platforms.
• Work closely with the Technical Account Manager for work stream management.
• Support presales efforts by identifying and promoting sales opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic programs and initiatives.
• Help clients maximize the value of our company's offerings.

What we are looking for

• Experience with EBS and Fusion SaaS applications, especially EPM, handling projects from integration to troubleshooting and advisory roles.
• 10+ years of delivering Oracle solutions and transformation programs, preferably with cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic & English.
• Willingness to work remotely or onsite as required.
• Experience as a specialist, developer, or similar in cloud solution design, development, and delivery.
• Strong skills in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree holder or equivalent work experience.

• 10+ years of implementation experience in EPM solutions.
• At least 4 years implementing EPM SaaS applications.
• Experience in designing OTBI reports and writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of CX is an advantage.
• Ability to review Oracle fusion quarterly updates, map to business needs, and validate deployments.
• Engagement in pre-sales activities and technical proposal writing.
