Job Description

The Role

This role involves managing key projects, developing technical proficiency within the company, assisting in new opportunities, and interfacing with key clients. The candidate should have a solid technical background and be comfortable being a primary contact with senior clients and specialists.

The primary responsibility is managing complete Flow Assurance projects and studies, supervising a team of engineers to deliver the required outputs. Excellent interpersonal skills and management experience are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in flow assurance or process disciplines in Oil and Gas.
• Recognized qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (Master's in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering preferred).
• Extensive industry experience can be considered equivalent.
• Significant experience in flow assurance and process in Oil and Gas, with strong technical skills.
• Proven track record managing process and flow assurance projects and studies.
• Experience coaching junior engineers.
• Proficiency with flow assurance software such as OLGA, Pipesim, Multi Flash, Leda Flow.
• Knowledge of process engineering and simulation tools like Hysys and/or Unisim.
• Understanding of HAZOP, process safety, and risk assessment.
• Ability to establish effective client relationships, understand client needs, advise on technical solutions, and build strong relations.
• Local market knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience managing medium to large project teams of flow assurance and process specialists.
• Supervisory experience ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
• Ability to define and approve technical scopes.
• Experience in project setup, including team organization, scheduling, and planning.
• Technical leadership skills for clients and project teams.
• Assist in developing project proposals, bids, and tenders.
• Support regional business development efforts.
• Adherence to the company's quality management system.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Mentoring junior personnel.
• Deliver effective presentations internally and to clients.
• Represent clients at technical meetings with third parties.
