An experienced consulting professional with a strong understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product or technology family. Operates independently to deliver quality work products for engagements. Performs varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices effectively. Demonstrates expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, potentially acting as a team lead. Engages in business development activities and develops detailed solutions for relevant experience, including 2 years of consulting experience preferred. Requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus, effective communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with team members and clients. What You’ll Do - Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve.

1. Develop programs according to specifications/requirements provided by Oracle or the customer within the planned schedule, using defined standards, tools, and processes to meet quality expectations.
2. Document all work following agreed standards and processes.
3. Coordinate with offshore teams for technical deliverables, including customizations and support patches.
4. Adhere to the change control process and comply with audit and compliance requirements.
5. Perform proper handover and knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment.
6. Provide timely status reports to supervisors.
7. Submit timesheets punctually for Oracle and customer projects.

Required Skills / Experience

Primary Skills :

• Strong business knowledge in Core Banking, including Current Savings Accounts, Teller, Deposit, Interest, Charges, and Payment Modules.
• Experience in end-to-end development, implementation, and support activities, including designing customizations and executing test cycles like End of Days.
• Knowledge of release management and source control tools.
• Issue tracking and resolution follow-up with stakeholders.
• Good client interaction skills, including solution presentation.
• Experience with software deployment and troubleshooting on Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client business and IT teams independently.
• Leadership skills to guide technical team members during development, implementation, or managed services.
• Participation and leadership in project meetings and product walkthroughs.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Deep understanding of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes.
• Ability to facilitate issue resolution and develop innovative solutions for complex workflows.
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking modules.

Secondary Skills :

• Strong exposure to the banking domain.
• Knowledge of software development processes, DevOps tools, and testing tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle OBIEE Reports, BIP, and middleware such as Oracle Fusion SOA Suite.
• Awareness of the latest banking technologies.

Personal Attributes :

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory; knowledge of French is an advantage.
