Job Description and Requirements

Mission

• Perform technical tasks assigned by the Piping and Layout Lead, related to design, verification, or study activities.
• Interface with other Project Specialists, Designers, and Draftsmen.
• Coordinate technical activities inside or outside Saipem.

Tasks

• Execute activities within own responsibility, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Tasks Include

1. Development Technology Know-How and Commercial Support: Support feasibility studies, bidding phases, and commercial proposals including bill of materials, plot plan layout proposals, and support to define man-hour and cost estimates.
2. Project Execution: Provide piping and layout engineering support, analyze technical documents, seek cost-saving solutions, validate estimates, check documents, write methodologies, analyze project documents, organize team work, define resource planning, monitor progress, control data input, attend review meetings, and support procurement, subcontracting, and construction activities.
3. Construction and Start-Up: Participate in test circuit verification and field engineering during construction.
