We’re looking for a self-starterwith strongprogram-level delivery experienceto join Anaplan as ourfirst Principal Project Manager in the region—a unique opportunity to shape the success of some of our most strategic customers.

You’ll bring a proven track record leading complex implementations, ideally acrossSupply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Workforce Planning domains. You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of delivery and advisory—scoping, negotiating, managing escalations, and acting as a trusted partner to both customer and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who canrun multiple enterprise programs, ensure deliverywithin budget and scope, and evenrecover projectsthat are off track.

Your role

  • Lead end-to-end deploymentsof Anaplan solutions with internal teams and partners
  • Be themain point of contactfor delivery, aligning with customer stakeholders from operational leads to the C-suite
  • Navigate complex programs, ensuring delivery excellence while managing scope, risk, budget, and resources
  • Drive key project decisions on design, testing, timelines, and change management
  • Use yournegotiation skillsto build consensus, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum
  • Report on project status and portfolio health to internal and external leadership
  • Demonstrable experience of program or project management experienceacross complex enterprise initiatives
  • Domain expertise inSupply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning
  • Strongcustomer engagementskills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
  • Proven ability todeliver—and recover—large-scale projectswithin tight timelines and budgets
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for driving business outcomes
