Job description

We are seeking individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, understand that change is a process, and want to actively share their expertise as the team works towards shared goals. The projected growth of Taaleem will offer a broad range of exciting opportunities in the coming years.

You will have:

Education: Master's degree or NPQSL/NPQH, teaching certification, principal/educational management qualification

Experience:

• Experience in a large school setting (2000+ primary students); at least 5 years in a senior leadership role responsible for managing a team, curriculum decisions, inspection procedures, and working with parents.
• Knowledge of US curriculum standards, IB PYP, and familiarity with the UAE context would be advantageous.
• Experience in leading high-performing teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Able to drive improvements by motivating staff and taking them along in the change process.
