1. Develop and optimise sophisticated AI/ML models to enhance business-wide analytics and decision making strategies.
2. Ensure seamless and effective integration of AI models into critical decision-support systems and self-service analytics platforms.
3. Lead end-to-end advanced analytics projects, applying predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques to support strategic policy formulation and talent optimisation initiatives.
4. Build, validate, and deploy a diverse range of ML models, including deep learning, NLP, and generative AI applications, specifically tailored for analytics.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
2. 8 years of demonstrable experience in machine learning, data science, and the practical application of AI.
3. Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud-based AI model deployment platforms.
4. Advanced knowledge and practical experience in Alteryx for automating complex data preparation, blending, and seamless model integration workflows.
