Qualities & Experience:

  • 15 years of relevant experience, but open to challenges
  • Demonstrable senior-level leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to operate confidently in technical and commercial decision-making discussions at all client levels
  • Familiarity with a consulting business approach focused on high margins and lower billability

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Relevant technical or business degree (e.g., engineering)
  • Advanced degrees are viewed favorably
  • Based in EMEA, with major Worley hubs preferred (London, Dammam, The Hague, Abu Dhabi)
  • English language skills, with a second language preferred
  • Willingness to travel on semi-frequent, short-duration international trips
  • Open to part-time and flexible working arrangements, including job sharing

Role And Responsibilities

This senior role reports to the Regional Director within our UMLNG business line, supporting traditional hydrocarbons operators and investors.

Career progression can follow technical or business management paths, with international placements encouraged.

The role offers flexibility to focus on areas you are passionate about, encouraging innovative ideas in this traditional industry.

  • Manage key client accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Line management of 4-6 people
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, scope, legal compliance, and financial performance
  • Represent the Regional Director internally and externally
  • Lead client engagements in areas such as:

Upstream and midstream developments, including low-carbon fuels (LNG) and renewables, both greenfield and brownfield

Technical and commercial due diligence for financial institutions and owners

Asset repurposing for low-carbon and renewable energy

Decarbonization pathway identification

Asset and portfolio optimization to reduce carbon footprint

  • Mentor and develop future talent through on-the-job training
  • Support business growth and strategic development activities
