  • Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business development.

  • Manage and mentor a team of landscape architects, designers, and consultants.

  • Develop design strategies, vision and narratives for the Concept and Detail Master Plans and ensure these are aligned, followed and developed into the post master plan design stages.

  • Review project documentation to ensure design quality, compliance with regulations, and alignment with client goals.

  • Collaborate with architects, urban designers, engineers, and other consultants in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, marketing, and proposal development for new business opportunities.

  • Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture and urban design.

  • Ensure sustainable and climate-responsive design principles are embedded into all projects.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

  • Professional registration/licensure (e.g., CMLI, ASLA, AILA) preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in landscape architecture, including leadership on large-scale projects.

  • Proven experience in project management, client engagement, and team leadership.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and GIS; knowledge of BIM is a plus.

  • Experience with international projects and multicultural teams.

  • Familiarity with planning regulations and development approval processes.
