Job description

Frost & Sullivan's Healthcare & Life Sciences Growth Advisory practice has a team of analysts and strategists working across Digital Health, Medical Devices, Bio-Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Diagnostics, and the Payor Provider ecosystem. Our team provides strategic insights and recommendations in areas such as Feasibility Studies, Public-Private Partnerships, Centers of Excellence, Partnering, Product Positioning & Innovation, Competitive Insights, Digital Transformation, Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC), and Patient Journey Mapping.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Leadership
    • Lead multiple client engagements (2-4), especially complex projects involving senior stakeholders and larger teams.
    • Ensure quality of work and deliverables; act as a business advisor and thought leader with clients.
    • Own selected accounts with revenue responsibility and mentor junior consultants.
  2. Engagement and Team Management
    • Manage engagement processes and teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
    • Work with teams to meet revenue and delivery targets.
  3. Business Development
    • Establish and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Serve as a liaison for client communication at the executive level.
    • Develop market insights, qualify opportunities, and manage sales funnels.
    • Create high-quality content and collaborate with global teams to enhance customer experience.
  4. Required Competencies
    • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in healthcare and life sciences strategy and market research.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare payor, provider ecosystems, and regional trends, especially in the GCC.
    • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with senior management.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel within India, GCC, and Middle East.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
