Lead several client engagements (2-4). Would take the lead responsibility on complex projects (involving multiple/ senior stakeholders and involving more than 4-5 resources). Ensure quality of work & deliverables in projects overseen. Seen by client as business advisor and thought leader in senior management situations. Take ownership of selected accounts & should carry revenue quota responsibility for these accounts. Take on the responsibility to mentor & coach junior consultants. Must already have experience working in similar roles with both public and private sector accounts.
