Frost & Sullivan’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Growth Advisory practice has a powerhouse team of analysts and strategists working across the Digital Health, Medical Devices, Bio-Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Diagnostics Space, and the Payor Provider eco-system. Our team generates value for Healthcare & Life Sciences companies by offering strategic insights and recommendations in areas such as Feasibility Studies, Building Private-Public Partnerships, Centers of Excellence Research, Partnering, Product Positioning & Innovation, Competitive Insights, Digital Transformation, Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC), Physician + Patient Journey Mapping, and other aspects of Transformation and Innovation.

The role involves leading multiple client engagements (2-4), taking responsibility for complex projects involving senior stakeholders and a team of 4-5 resources. You will ensure quality deliverables, act as a business advisor and thought leader, and manage accounts with revenue responsibilities. Mentoring junior consultants and having experience with both public and private sector accounts are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Leadership: Serve as the engagement leader, develop executive relationships, and mitigate risks.
  2. Engagement and Team Management: Oversee project execution, ensure adherence to SOPs, and meet revenue targets.
  3. Business Development: Build relationships with stakeholders, lead solution development, analyze market dynamics, qualify opportunities, and manage the sales funnel.
  4. Content Development & Collaboration: Create high-quality content and work with global teams to enhance customer experience.
Required Competencies
  1. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  2. 10+ years of experience in strategy and market research within healthcare and life sciences.
  3. Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems in the GCC region.
  4. Strong network of regional stakeholders and ability to influence senior management.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  7. Willingness to travel within India, GCC, and Middle East.
  8. Proven track record of exceeding targets and facilitating client meetings.
  9. Training or certification in strategy, project management, AI tools, etc., is desirable.
  10. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and under tight deadlines.
