Essential Qualifications and Education:

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in fabrication functions within the EPCI industry, with a focus on major construction projects
Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding processes, structural steel fabrication, and assembly procedures
In-depth understanding of engineering design principles, industry codes (e.g., AWS, ASME, API), and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA)
Proven track record of successfully managing fabrication teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide timely solutions
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and familiar with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for fabrication planning and control
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including team members, clients, suppliers, and contractors
