Job description

Principal Distributor Relationship:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact between the distributor and its principals.
  2. Ensure alignment and achievement of annual business objectives.
  3. Monitor relationship performance ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Regulatory:
  1. Follow up & collaborate with the regulatory team to secure product registrations, renewals, and approvals.
Business Development & Market Access:
  1. Ensure the inclusion of new pipelines of our principals to expand the portfolio within the UAE market.
  2. Support new product launches by coordinating with regulatory, supply chain, marketing, distribution, and sales teams.
  3. Negotiate and manage agreements with Principals to optimize market access and sales efficiency.
Supply Chain Demand Planning & Inventory Management:
  1. Ensure seamless coordination between Principals and the distributor to prevent supply disruptions.
  2. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage order flow to ensure consistent product availability.
  3. Work with logistics teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Financial & Contract Management:
  1. Ensure on-time principals payables and receivables.
  2. Collaborate internally and externally to resolve any financial disagreements.
  3. Ensure compliance with financial policies, claim structures, and timely collections.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from principal companies.
  2. Represent the distributor in meetings, conferences, and strategic discussions.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador ensuring a positive corporate reputation and industry presence.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or life sciences.
  2. Master's degree preferred.
Additional Information:

  3. Required UAE and/or GCC experience; international experience a bonus.
