Job summary

Assured seeks a senior 3D visuals lead to drive elite brand assets for web and marketing. You will shape narratives, create boards, and steer technical production using Cinema 4D and Redshift. You will own look development, lighting, and shader work, and manage post-production with After Effects.

You will build master templates, optimize pipelines, and ensure color-managed outputs across projects. This role emphasizes high-fidelity outputs and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Over ten years of experience producing world-class 3D visuals.
• Expert command of Cinema 4D and Redshift.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition and form.
• Ability to drive the full creative cycle from concept to post-production.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate elite 3D brand visuals and motion designs for web, marketing, and digital surfaces
• Conceptualize complex narratives and develop style frames and storyboards
• Drive technical C4D production using physics simulations and advanced deformers
• Architect custom look-development with lighting setups and node-based shaders in Redshift
• Lead post-production workflows including multi-pass render outputs and EXR compositing in After Effects
• Systematize production libraries, including master project templates and material libraries
• Manage color-managed pipelines using ACES/OCIO configs
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to optimize geometry and textures for web environments

Requirements

• Over ten years of expertise producing world-class 3D visuals
• Expert command of Cinema 4D and Redshift
• Profound understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and form
• Ability to drive the entire creative cycle from concept to high-end post-production
• Meticulous attention to detail and passion for high-fidelity brand assets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with X-Particles or Houdini
• Character rigging skills
• Python scripting for C4D
• Familiarity with interactive web 3D tools like Spline or Three.js
