Job summary

Analog is seeking a highly skilled 3D Art Generalist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will create high-quality realism-driven assets and specialize in environment, character, modeling, rigging, or animation, shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, maintain 3D art systems, and apply best practices in user-centered design. A strong portfolio and a degree in Art or Design are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design.
• Strong portfolio of 3D art and design work.
• Demonstrated experience working in a realistic / realism-based art style, with high-quality examples showcased in portfolio.
• Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences.
• Proficiency in 3D art and design software, including Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As a 3D Art Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D art assets and driving the development of innovative solutions in the field of 3D art.
