Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a recognized teaching qualification and have 1-2 years of teaching experience. The position offers a salary range of 8500-13000 AED per month.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with students where English is not their first language is preferred.
  • Valid enhanced DBS check or police clearance required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise classroom resources and displays to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the needs of students across all ability levels
  • Observe, assess, and monitor student progress using school assessment systems
  • Reflect on teaching practice and adjust planning and curriculum delivery to improve outcomes
  • Embed the school's Teacher and Learner DNA values throughout daily teaching and learning
  • Take full responsibility for the academic progress and development of a class
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and promote independence and self‑control among students
  • Act as a positive role model by demonstrating professional values and expected behaviour
  • Support curriculum action groups, school events, outings, and extracurricular activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well‑being using school systems such as CPOMS
Ideal Profile
