Primary Teacher

At Ambassador International Academy, we combine the IB framework and philosophy with the English National Curriculum in our teaching and learning activities. Our academic programmes are designed to provide students with exciting learning opportunities which are as challenging as they are rewarding. The International Baccalaureate provides a curriculum framework and an educational philosophy that allows our team of expert teachers to design activities that prepare our students academically and holistically for the world beyond Ambassador International Academy.

The successful candidate should:

1. be a fully qualified and experienced Primary Class Teacher with a degree in Education and a professional teaching qualification with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience
2. be committed to personal professional development and has relevant recent professional development that qualifies them for this role
3. be committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning
4. foster a positive classroom environment, providing support and guidance to ensure the wellbeing and development of all students
5. monitor and support student progress effectively through effective assessment
6. be committed to collaborating with other staff members
