Qualificações

Job Description

We are seeking to appoint outstanding Primary Teachers to join our team from August 2027.

Join us at GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha, Dubai

Located in the thriving Al Waha community, just off Emirates Road and neighbouring Dubailand, GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha is one of Dubai's newest and fastest-growing British curriculum schools. Opened in 2023, the school currently educates students from FS1 to Year 11, with an exciting Sixth Form opening in August 2027 as the next phase of its ambitious growth journey.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject, together with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and experience teaching at primary level.
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
• A strong understanding of assessment and curriculum planning, with the ability to monitor progress and support students in achieving their full potential.
• A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and challenge students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
• A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, extracurricular programmes and community engagement.
