The role may include middle leadership responsibilities such as Curriculum Leadership, Head of Year, ECA Coordination, or Head of Careers, offering a clear path to leadership within a leading international school group.

The school opened in 2014, with about 2,000 students from Nursery to Year 13.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with primary PE teaching experience.
• Experience teaching PE in the primary phase, preferably in a British curriculum.
• Ability to engage students across a diverse range of abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality PE lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Plan and assess PE progress and develop physical literacy.
• Support enrichment and co-curricular sports and events.

Skills

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Primary Education or a related subject
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent)
• Experience teaching PE within the Primary phase and preferably within the British curriculum
• Excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality PE and sporting experiences
• A passion for physical education and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of sport
• Experience planning and delivering a broad and balanced PE curriculum, with the ability to support students in developing physical literacy and a lifelong interest in physical activity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to contributing to the wider sporting and co-curricular life of the school
