Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding UAE National Classroom Assistant to join Al Rayana Charter School in Abu Dhabi in August 2026. The role will support individual pupils and groups during lessons and school activities while promoting their academic, social, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Classroom Assistants will work closely with teachers and student-support professionals to deliver instructional activities, implement individual education programmes and maintain a safe and engaging

Qualifications

• UAE National with a minimum secondary school certificate.
• Interest in supporting the learning and development of primary-school pupils.
• Ability to follow teacher instructions and deliver structured learning activities.
• Understanding of student wellbeing and positive behaviour support.
• Respect for the culture and educational values of the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Support individual pupils and groups throughout the school day.
• Help students participate fully in lessons and other school activities.
• Promote pupils' social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
• Provide group or individual instruction as directed by the class teacher.
• Demonstrate learning activities and reinforce concepts introduced during lessons.
• Monitor assigned work and correct pupils' work while it is in progress.
• Assist with maintaining attendance records and class materials.
