Job Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Inclusion Teacher to champion inclusive education across our IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).

You will play a key role in ensuring that students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) are supported through targeted interventions, meaningful collaboration, and inclusive classroom practices.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with homeroom and specialist teachers to co-plan and co-teach inclusive lessons.

Deliver direct support to students through in-class, small group, and individual sessions.

Design, implement, and review Documented Learning Plans (IEPs, ALPs, Behaviour Plans).

Use a coaching model to build teacher confidence in inclusive strategies.

Track and monitor student progress using school data systems and milestone trackers.

Lead meetings with families, teachers, and therapists to ensure coordinated support.

Supervise and mentor Inclusion Assistants and Learning Support Assistants.

Promote inclusive values and practices throughout the whole school community.

Requirements
