Job description

Holds a Bachelor degree relevant to the teaching subject
Holds a qualified teacher status (QTS) and/or a PGCE
An outstanding teacher, with experience of teaching Primary
Able to teach consistently inspirational lessons and a track record/ability to deliver results
Experienced in running drama clubs, assemblies and productions is essential
A commitment to the well being and pastoral care of all students within their care
Able and willing to make a broader contribution to school life
Innovative, creative, enthusiastic and able to deliver results
The ability to motivate, enthuse and engage with children and adults
A demonstrable commitment to a robust culture of high expectations and quality care
Excellent professional knowledge and understanding developed in an established educational context
Assessment strategies and the use of assessment to inform progress in teaching and learning
Ability to manage change and work under pressure of changing circumstances
An exceptional, collaborative, inspirational practitioner with proven ability to build positive working relationships with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
