Have a proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.
National Professional Qualification Senior Leadership (NPQSL).
Ability to oversee and implement the analysis of student outcomes.
Understand curriculum design and the concept of developing an aspirational, cumulative curriculum.
