Job Title: Pricing Manager

Job Description

Job Purpose: The primary function of the Pricing Manager will be to liaise with airlines to optimize pricing strategies related to logistics services, conduct market analysis, and develop pricing models to enhance profitability and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with airlines to optimize pricing strategies, analyze competitor pricing, and cargo priority to increase market share and profitability.
2. Assess data from various sources to understand market trends and pricing strategies.
3. Develop and recommend changes to pricing policies and structures, and implement these changes efficiently.
4. Report pricing updates regularly and advise the executive team on necessary adjustments.
5. Price incoming bids and support financial analysis to improve cost models.
6. Conduct financial analyses for customer opportunities outside standard pricing policies.
7. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best market prices.
8. Establish effective pricing processes, tools, and team roles.
9. Select appropriate pricing strategies such as cost-plus, value-based, or dynamic pricing based on objectives.
10. Forecast revenue and market share considering market trends, costs, margins, and sales volumes.
11. Develop pricing proposals for new products and services.
12. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
