As a Pricing/Business & Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing both business operations and sales performance to drive strategic growth. You will support sales teams by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient use of tools and strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Additionally, you will work on broader business analysis, identifying operational efficiencies, market trends, and revenue opportunities to help the organization make informed decisions. Your role will involve compiling and analyzing business and sales data, monitoring performance through CRM and operational reviews, and implementing improvements to support overall business success.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles, preferably in e-commerce, classifieds platforms, or pricing strategy. The role requires hands-on experience with sales teams, performance tracking, data analysis, reporting, CRM management, and strong understanding of sales processes, pricing models, and market research methodologies. Industry knowledge of cars, automotive services, or digital marketplace trends is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
