Coberg is a global Salesforce consulting firm across EMEA with a focus on the Middle East. We have been growing 2x for the past 3 years and we are looking for a top candidate that would be the Head of Sales leading the Delivery Centre operations which is in Cairo, Egypt. The position will be based in Dubai, UAE, and we will be facilitating the move with a reallocation package to the right candidate.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical strategy pre-sales to be responsible for customer requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and converting the values to potential customers. This role acts as a technical expert and trusted advisor, working closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Aligning business objectives with technology solutions to enhance overall efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Advising executive leadership on emerging technologies and their impact on the organization's long-term goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology roadmaps and innovation plans.
  • Leading the identification and evaluation of new technologies to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Conducting multi-industry and multi-cloud presales demos and leading discovery calls with executive leadership stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English Speaker.
  • Confident and very well spoken.
  • 1 Year experience (preferable in any customer-facing roles).
  • Has adequate technical background.
  • Open to learning new technologies and getting certified within the first month or two of hiring.
  • Open to travel more than 30% of the time.
  • Hard worker with strong time management skills.
  • Can work on more than one task at a time.
  • Flexible to stretch in terms of working hours during peak periods.
  • Has a strong growth mindset.
