Job summary

A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Presales Manager to enhance their sales team's efforts. Qualifications

Job Description

At Intwo, we're looking for a Presales Manager to join our team.

About the job

As a presales manager, you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, pitching the company's products as suitable solutions, and observing customer behavior to predict future product development needs.

You will need:
  • 8-15 years of experience working with sales teams to achieve targets through new customer acquisition and sales to existing customers.
  • Solution Knowledge: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with at least 5 years of implementation/presales experience in Dynamics AX or the D365 Cloud Platform.
  • Preferred Education: B.E., B.Tech, MBA, or CA.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in translating customer requirements, providing solutions, preparing proposals, estimating efforts, and planning projects.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Travel is mandatory.
What you need to do:
  • Product positioning based on industry segments, functionality requirements, and budgets.
  • Decide which product to position in each account to meet customer requirements and win sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept presentations to build customer confidence.
  • Continuously learn about new modules, versions, and case studies to update product knowledge.
  • Estimate efforts for proposals, including licenses, implementation services, and support, supported by detailed project plans.
  • Assist in responses to RFPs and tender documents, focusing on project scope, methodology, and scope of work.
  • Conduct project handovers and transition cases smoothly to the project team.
  • Participate in project scope reviews, change requests, and handle customer escalations.
