Job description

What you will do
The Presales Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Presales Manager. You will be a part of a growing team and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions.

As a Presales Engineer, you will be working closely with the Sales team for technical and commercial proposals. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with presales/estimation for the most optimized solution.


How you will do it
You will be responsible for validating assumptions made during solution design estimates and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will also be responsible for providing technical risk analysis for the complete solution. You will be part of transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope objectives, timeline, and customer requirements are taken care of in a proper manner.


As a Presales Engineer, you may need to perform onsite data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design review. You will also be focused on developing multiple components. You will be using strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).

What we look for
Required

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/Electrical or similar.
More than 5 years of experience in Physical Security systems (IP surveillance system, Access control system, etc.) background.
Result-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated, with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in business analysis.
Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners.
Fluency in the English language is essential.
Good analytical skills.
