Job description

What you will do
The Presales Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Presales Manager. You will be part of a growing team and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions.

As a Presales Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales team on technical and commercial proposals. You will operate within a vibrant environment that provides a platform to leverage your experience in supporting the team with presales activities and estimations for the most optimized solutions.

How you will do it
You will validate assumptions made during solution design estimates and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will also provide technical risk analysis for the complete solution. You will participate in transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope, objectives, timelines, and customer requirements are properly addressed.

As a Presales Engineer, you may need to perform onsite data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design reviews. You will focus on developing multiple components and use strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.

What we look for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
- More than 5 years of experience in Physical Security systems (IP surveillance, access control systems, etc.)
- Result-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated, with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in business analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt working style to various personalities and work environments
- Fluency in English is essential
