Job Description:
We are seeking a Presales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier registrations, handling pre-sales activities, preparing estimations, and ensuring timely submissions of quotations. This is a full-time role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Register the company on all relevant supplier portals to receive enquiries.

  • Maintain and manage login credentials for supplier portals; regularly check for new enquiries and track submission deadlines.

  • Ensure all quotations are prepared and submitted on time.

  • Estimate fire protection requirements for maintenance and fit-out projects.

  • Maintain records of new clients and track achieved targets.

  • Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and ensure continuous communication.

  • Request invoices from the accounts department upon work completion and follow up on payments.

  • Keep logs of enquiries, quotations, awarded jobs, and completed jobs for tracking and reporting purposes.

  • Prepare internal AMC contracts and ensure AMC documents are ready prior to DCD submission.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.

  • Skills: Estimation, documentation, and client coordination. Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of fire protection, detection, and evacuation systems.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is mandatory.

  • Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory, and Hindi is an added advantage.
