Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Presales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new customer accounts, handling customer inquiries with a commercial approach, and ensuring the successful achievement of department sales targets. You will also oversee the sales and operations team, working closely to drive the business forward and support our growing client base.

Responsibilities:

• Secure new customer accounts and develop existing client relationships.
• Conduct and report a minimum number of sales leads as set by management and convert those into revenue-generating business.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales visits, and account information.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, supported by the Finance Controller.
• Lead and manage the sales and operations team to ensure departmental goals and targets are met.
