Job summary

Calvin James Recruitment is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive in the UAE to drive sales and deliver a premium, personalised remote shopping experience across phone, chat, email and other digital channels.

You will be the first contact for B2C and B2B clients, recommending products and solutions that fit their needs and objectives, then guide them through the purchasing journey to delivery and installation.
